Venus Retrograde Burlesque Class 2: Shadow Self

This burlesque and sensual movement class focuses on playing with our shadow self. We practice moving slowly and sensually, using props for burlesque play and it includes a warm-up and cool down. There's also a special opening conversation with Jeremy the Healer about our shadow self and our sacral chakra.
